Cooking in my own kitchen is a blissful thing to me. In the kitchen, I am on a learning curve, and have to confront with failure and uncertainties at times. Yet, the taste of success is powerful - you will feel it when you overcome a recipe or your food is appreciated.
Cooking requires concentration and consciousness. It did help me step away from busy work and troubles in life, calming me down during adversity and confusion.
I believe every dish I cooked is filled with bliss.
